Terms of use

Effective November 6, 2026

These terms cover your use of the ganbo.app website and the Ganbo early-access program. Ganbo is a product of Jordan Craft, a sole proprietor in Illinois, USA ("Ganbo", "we", "us"). By using the site or joining early access, you agree to these terms.

Early access

Ganbo is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable while we improve it. We'll give reasonable notice before any change that affects your data.

Workspaces and accounts

When accounts open, the person who creates a workspace is its owner. The owner is responsible for the people they invite and for keeping sign-in details secure. Let us know right away at hello@ganbo.app if you think your account has been misused.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you and your team put into Ganbo. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you. We won't use it for anything else.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ganbo to break the law, to send spam, to upload malicious code, to try to get into other people's workspaces or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access that does.

Fees

Joining the waitlist is free. If Ganbo later offers paid plans, we'll show the price and terms before you're ever charged, and nothing will be billed without your agreement.

No warranty

The site and the early-access service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ganbo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Ending use

You can stop using Ganbo at any time. We may end or suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and material changes will be announced on this site or by email before they take effect.
