Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Ganbo collects through this website and the early-access waitlist, and how it's used. Ganbo is a product of Jordan Craft, a sole proprietor in Illinois, USA ("Ganbo", "we", "us").
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email hello@ganbo.app to join the waitlist or ask a question, we receive your email address and whatever you include, such as your name, business name and team size.
- Basic server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Fonts. This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google a request that includes your IP address. Google's handling of that request is covered by Google's own privacy policy.
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party marketing pixels, and it has no account sign-up yet.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to tell you when early access opens.
- To understand what kinds of businesses are interested in Ganbo.
- To protect the site from abuse and fix problems.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Ganbo, such as our website host and email provider, and only so they can provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until early access opens for you or you ask us to remove you. Server logs are kept by the host for a limited period under its own retention policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to take you off the waitlist, by emailing hello@ganbo.app. We'll do it without asking for a reason.
Children
Ganbo is a business tool and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
The Ganbo app
When the Ganbo app opens to customers, it will store account details and the work your team puts into your workspace. Before that happens, we'll update this policy to explain how that information is handled, and we'll change the date at the top.
